(9,481 posts)I looked it up, and the passage refers to a "skin disease" that I believe refers to smallpox. So they will say it only refers to smallpox, and not any other diseases.

But, being specific about Bible references is always a problem-- the main thing here is that even in the OT god approved of masks for protection. Jesus more'n likely would have approved. That's not the kind of law he threw out.
They love the OT when it backs up their prejudices, and explain it away when it doesn't.
