Kabul was better when the US ruled, but there were still suicide bombers. And people act like it was a paradise for women and LGTBQ citizens. It wasn't, women were still subjugated to all sorts of oppression and LGTBQ people were still being killed in Kabul when the US was in control.

Sounds like there will be a lot of fatalities as the bomb was detonated in a crowd.

At least 13 dead and 15 wounded, American personnel among the wounded.
