#Kabul ASSESSMENT: ISIS-K is a radical offshoot that think the Taliban are traitors for cutting a deal with the USA. Suicide bombers are the only real power they have. These cannot be stopped even when we had 100,000 soldiers but they are killing Afghan civilians.
