Yes, it is normal. Add to that, they're probably taking way more than would be prescribed IF Ivermectin was indicated for humans (which it's not), and yes, you're going to be doing a lot of uncontrollable pooping.
Freaking morons. I've yet to hear about a case of COVID that attacks the digestive tract.
