killed in Iraq since 2003, because of our actions based on the WMD lie, that seems to be expressed now on the media outlets on our departure from Afghanistan.

I suspect a large part of that is because much of the media was cheering that on, and they bear a large part of the responsibility for what happened.

When Jon Stewart interviewed Judy Miller, it demonstrated just how inadequate much of the media is.
