And that is all that I'm saying.
Caveats: I am NOT an architect. I am NOT a metallurgist. I am NOT a physicist or chemist. I am NOT an engineer. I have NO expertise iin any of the fields that might pertain to a precise explanation of what happened to the WTC buildings twenty years ago today.
But the way those towers fell didn't ilook right. It didn't look, if you'll permit me to use this word, natural. It still doesn't.
I am not trying to start an argument. Nor am I promoting or advancing a theory. I am only saying to you what my wyes have been saying to me for 20 years
I shall say nothing further, either within this post/thread or outside of it.

(54,360 posts)My brother did high profile demolition. He did the Fulton County Stadium. The WTC buildings came down too neatly. Not even breaking in two and falling on other buildings.

http://www.banderasnews.com/0812/edat-takedown.htm
After midday on 9/11 we had to evacuate that because they told us Building 7 was coming down. If you had been there, not being able to see very much just flames everywhere and smoke - it is entirely possible - I do believe that they brought Building 7 down because I heard that they were going to bring it down because it was unstable because of the collateral damage, said Singh.
Former Air Force Special Operations for Search and Rescue expert Kevin McPadden also reported his conviction that a countdown preceded the collapse of the building.
While we were on the right side, there was firefighters getting ready, they were bussing them back and forth, and a couple of vets that were there - they got the vibe that something was coming down, said McPadden.
We started asking questions, everybody started asking questions, and the next thing you know there was a Red Cross representative pacing back and forth in front of the crowd holding his hand over the radio - I couldnt hear what it was saying but it was like pulsed - whatever the speech was on there it was pulsed - and that means to me most likely it was a countdown.
But he took his hand off at the last three seconds and he gave this heartfelt look - like just run for your life - because he didnt want to bring it on his conscience - he didnt want to go to his grave with that - and then we had a couple of seconds to put our heads together, said McPadden.

(7,510 posts)Each tower was a 200 x 200 foot tube with 244 strong steel columns around the perimeter forming a strong steel tube. In the center was a strong column housing the elevators and utilities. The floors were reinforced concrete tied to the exterior columns and central tubes.
Horizontal ties between the columns were strong enough so that the vertical load on columns destroyed by the impact were transferred to intact adjacent columns. This prevented the section of the building above the impact from toppling over.
The fuel load of the planes ignited multiple floors. As the fires heated the floor structures, they eventually sheared loose from the central column and the exterior tube. The floors pancaked straight down successively shearing off floors below. The air pressure bulged the tube outward, allowing the section of the building above the impact to also fall straight down into the exterior tube.
So the collapse of the towers has been pretty well analysed and explained. The collapse of Building 7 is less well explained.

(15,909 posts)...it's a question of intelligence, and of the type of gullibility which arises from an over-active attempt to avoid being gullible.
No matter how much contempt you feel for the "official narrative", as if that phrase itself means "something that shouldn't be believed", in this case the "official narrative" makes way, way, way more sense than any of the crazy alternative which have been offered.

Don't give your sense of what's "natural" (as if there's any natural about skyscrapers in the first place) any more credit than it deserves. Which in this case is practically zilch.

(11,504 posts)If for no other reason than this consideration:
We have found out that we were right about every single thing BushCheneyCo lied about and did wrong for 8 years.
Everything. All lies.
But we're supposed to believe that, despite what we can see for ourselves, they told the Gospel Truth about this one thing, 9/11? Really??? That's the only thing that wasn't a lie????
For that and other reasons, I'm not buying it. Also, if it were all true, questioning it would not be immediately clamped down on.

(15,909 posts)It's a totally honest reaction to crazy shit people are tired of hearing from idiots whose reflexive distrust of some explanations leads them to instead accept (or at least give undue credence to) other explanations that are far more unlikely than what they've chosen to doubt.
