9. It seems to me perched from my kitchen table, a great deal of evidence has been set out in the open

and captured on tv. Seriously speaking, an analogy would be if in broad daylight, the public witnessed a murder by gunshot or any other means on a street corner... everything captured on video including sound/voice.

I do understand the need to gather evidence from others directly involved in the planning. But Suspect #1 can be nailed in short order. let him give up the others in a plea deal.

It worries me that subpoenas have yet to be issued because it will take time to resolve them in the courts. I'm sure that Congress has a huge recess (vacation) at the end of the year, and next year is Kornacki time.
