Maddow Paul Gosar Video

Am I the only one watching the video of Rep. Paul Gosar on Maddow?
I didn't hear anything he said because his head-bobbing and motions was actually giving me motion sickness.
Does he have a known condition like Parkinson's Disease?

Maddow showed him speaking before a town hall crowd on another show. It was the same thing, like a puppet with someone pulling the strings. Don't know if he's suffering from some disease.
