If this were a country that actually believed in the Rule of Law, and that NOBODY was above it, they would charge the offenders with Inherent Contempt, and have the Sargent At Arms take them into custody, to be held at the jail which used to be at the Capitol for such occasions, but apparently is now being used as a storage room or something.

Of course, NONE of that will happen, and these offenders know that, so not to worry.

The easiest is the legislative branch asks the executive branch to enforce the subpoena on this case the legislative branch and executive branch are in the same party and this is possible

Step two, if you want more teeth, the legislative branch through regular order (committee process and vote followed by floor action and vote) votes criminal contempt and refers it to the justice department to enforce


Step three, the least likely, most untested in modern times and like noted above no place to hold you go inherent contempt. And hope it works.
