I wouldn't be surprised if Trump called Lindsey and told him to say that. And Trump, in turn, heard Alex Jones say it. They know Fox News won't challenge them on anything they say, and the other networks aren't that much better. We would be so much better off if the press would simply question the shit they hear from these politicians. They don't, so the people watching at home don't either. It's maddening!

Brazilians in Connecticut Celebrate Independence Day This Weekend

According to the Brazilian consulate, there are about 40,000 Brazilians living in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Sunday's festivities get underway at noon. You can learn more at braziliandayct.com.

Did I miss something? Were Republicans on board at any time with "economic migration"? Despite Ms. Lazarus' words on that big statue in New York Harbor, Republicans (to my knowledge) never been all that comfortable with the wretched refuse of other countries. So they can't be poor, and now Sen. Graham says they can't be wearing designer clothes and carrying Gucci bags. So, who's fit to immigrate to the United States, Senator?

Hell yes, they turn the other eye when the fields need to be picked, their lawns manicured, or the tech firm (that they own shares in via some convoluted trust scheme) who just bribed, no, scratch,.. 'lobbied' them with a half of a million in dosh needs to bring in a shedload of Indian IT workers (on a quarter of the salary the yanks before them were making) on special visas.

The cheaper and more desperate, the better. But as soon as the job or the season was over, all them furriners had best get back to wherever they came from, and no, you don't get your last paycheck. In Republicanland, there was never a path to permanent legal immigrant status or citizenship.

when Stanford hosted some of the World Cup games. They were pretty easy to spot, being for the most part painted green and yellow. They sure knew how to party!

Hey Lindsey - maybe they're just tourists come up for the New England fall color.

Probably doesn't cost much to have someone convince desperate poor people to go join some astro turf caravan. Its interesting that the media has never done any in-depth investigation on how these caravans are organized.

where the Biden administration found enough busses and drivers to move 40,000 people from an imigration center before grahamcrackers got there. There wasn't even a live traffic report about them on I 95 south.

Hell, we can't even fill the school bus driver shortage here in sunny Floriduh.

I couldn't make it through 15 seconds without laughing out loud at how stupid he is for saying this.

The thought of that audience getting all worked up about the bedazzled Brazilians invading Conn. Had me running to the bathroom.
