Trump statement just now: "If we dont solve the Presidential Election Fraud of 2020 (which we have thoroughly and conclusively documented), Republicans will not be voting in 22 or 24. It is the single most important thing for Republicans to do."

(16,834 posts)that Pres. Biden can be deposed and he can be reinstated as President. I don't know what is the stronger force in him, the arrogance or the ignorance! It's pathetic and hilarious at the same time.

(766 posts)Guess he's saying. "If the states I lost in don't conduct more fraudits to prove I actually won in 2020, my supporters should stop voting entirely."
In his demented mind the only acceptable conclusion to the Big Lie is for the swing states to tell voters Biden actually lost and Trump won. Sounds like he's not even concerned with 2024 anymore. He just doesn't want to go down in the history books as a one term loser who lost the popular vote by 7 million even though his own party picked up seats in the House.
Starting to see why Senate Republicans don't want Trump to run in 2024.

(764 posts)Do they agree with Trump that Republicans should not vote? So they either need to say they think voters should not bother, or that they disagree with Trump, both of which will hurt them

(3,621 posts)He doesn't care about any other Republican candidate. He doesn't care about Mitch's Senate majority or the balance in the House. If he's not the candidate he won't care who wins the Presidential election. He doesn't even care about the political power which is so important to people like Mitch if he can't be the one to wield it himself. If he's not the candidate he probably won't want the Republicans to win, because he looks better if they lose without him. And anyone who was paying attention for the last five years should be able to figure out all of those things. That they are following him like children after the Pied Piper is a testament to their stupidity.
