Still, I believe he was a decent man who admitted to his mistakes wore his thorns with a dignity not expressed by many governing officials. He was not an evil man like so many now in power. None of us knows the extent of dishonorable actions in any war by our enemies or ourselves.
I honor him for his service. And i think he should have resigned when asked to convince others of something he didn't believe himself.
