"Sensibility" appears to be a malapropism in this context; I imagine he meant to say "common sense."

I can’t put into words how much I despise him. I’m left, once again, wishing I believed in hell so I could have the satisfaction of knowing he would end up in the darkest corner of it.

where he will be paid $262,000 a year as a professor of internal medicine while acting as Florida's Surgeon General and Secretary of the Florida Department of Health. Not to worry, Dr. Ladopo cheerfully proclaimed “Florida will completely reject fear. Fear is done" at a press briefing following a Cabinet meeting in the Capitol. Pray for us, we are governed by complete assholes.
