Truth Social doesnt comply with that license and, in fact, refers to its service as proprietary. Its developers apparently attempted to scrub references that would make the Mastodon connection clear at one point listing a sighting of the Mastodon logo as a bug but included direct references to Mastodon in the sites underlying HTML alongside obvious visual similarities.
I'll bet his so-called developers won't even know how to do this and he will then be forced to pay some legitimate developers for a platform. However, since this is a scam, maybe he'll just take what he can for 30 days and then make up some story about why he can't continue.
