I think he'd be better suited as a Supreme Court justice rather than the nation's top lawman.

extremely "partisan" by not moving on this
partisan by essentially giving a pass to all those right wing extremeists / terrorists who defiled the capitol, were out for blood, and tried to overthrow democracy
shrugging your shoulders and looking the other way=partisan
(or scared)
