The lead character is the Secretary of State in a new administration that followed a 4 year term run by an extremely incompentant and easily manipulated president. (The names have been changed.)
On the fiction shelves, of course, but the further I get into it, the more I wonder how much is true. A lot, I suspect.
Any other takes on it?

I always do with Louise Penny's books, the library waits are endless.

I saw them interviewed together on CBS Sunday Morning and the interview was so enjoyable. They are very close friends and you could just see that was true in the interview. Lots of laughs between them. I'll read anything Louise Penny writes.
