Listening to MSNBC right now. I can't count the number of times they've called the Build Back Better bill a "social spending bill."
Is there some way to contact these idiots to tell them it's not an EFFing spending bill? Is there one of the hosts who could be persuaded to say something about calling it a spending bill? Do these folks have e-mail addresses?
This is driving me crazy. Thanks DU.

(9,665 posts)at our local Sinclair station long enough to hear them use that exact term. My first thought of course was that it was an order from headquarters to start referring to it that way.
They got themselves a new frame/phrase and I expect to hear a lot more of that. GRRR.

we used to have good public hospitals . some places and a long time ago.
we used to have good libraies . maybe in some places . some places the libraies closed due to lack of funding.
come on . get off your duff and sign this bill and tax the rich
