Anyone else have a reaction to the Moderna booster?

I got mine about 5 hours ago and I'm feeling light-headed and just a bit nauseous. I just took some ibuprofen, hopefully that'll help.

1. My wife had hers over the weekend

No negative side effects.
Her arm was only sore if she touched the injection site.
I’ve had 3 Pfizer’s. The second caused me to sleep on the couch for about 3 hours the afternoon I had it, but no impact from the others. And even though I never nap, I didn’t consider an afternoon snooze a negative

Sore arm, tired and achy. Went to bed and was fine the next day. Much like flu shot reaction. Good luck!

3. my friend had moderna and shes had no reaction

4. I got mine on Saturday along with a flu shot.

I figured Sunday would be horrible, but I had virtually no reaction to either.

5. Hubster had his Friday.

He was pretty tired Friday night and Saturday, and his arm was mildly sore, but it didn’t effect his activities.

7. I got a Moderna booster 5 hours ago

So far nothing. Arm is sore, but similar to a flu shot so far.

Seems to be worst the next day, better the second day and gone the third after the shot. So you could probably plan to spend most of tomorrow sleeping or laying on the couch feeling like crap.

9. I got the Moderna booster about 4 hours ago and I feel fine.

My arm’s not even sore. Yet.

10. My horrific reaction occurred about 18 hours later.

My mother wasn't so lucky and experienced a lot of fatigue after the shots.

12. My sister got her booster Thursday. When I saw her Saturday, she was complaining about the soreness

and not feeling quite right. No update as of today, but I am pretty sure she's over it.

13. Husband and I did here,,,, got the booster on Friday afternoon,

by Saturday noon we were laying down and napping basically for the rest of the day,,,,, still heavy headed yesterday, much better by Sunday evening, and alot better today. about the same as the Moderna #2 shot.

I received my Moderna booster today at 2:30. No pain or issues at all until around 7:00 tonight when my arm felt very sore, I had a little nausea, and I developed a headache.

I expected some effects simply because I had about 3 days of aches and pains, headache, arm soreness, and fatigue with both of my Moderna shots. This doesmt feel as bad, but that makes sense to me as apparently the booster is half the strength of the vaccine dose.

I also feel very tired and actually fell asleep right after dinner. But maybe that's just because I didnt sleep well last night.....or because I'm getting old!...Lol

I will check in later to see how you are feeling. I hope the ibuprofen helped.

18. I got real sick second shot for many days

Update: Well, my nausea and headache finally disappeared, but my arm is extremely sore....and even achy. I
took an Advil.

21. Arm a bit sore but thats it

Got flu shot today, my booster appt is in 2 wks. I didn't want to get together and Oregon just started having the half dose booster.

Not as bad as other people's reactions.

but the day after that, I felt fine. Some people, however, are reporting somewhat more severe side effects.

Fever during two days after the shot, and a Moderna arm that lasted about a week.
