That fucking cop should have been charged with 1st degree murder. He shot the victim in the back, when he didn't stop when he was told to. FIRST DEGREE MURDER!
Hold the fucking cops responsible!

In immediate response, Officer Cruz placed his finger on his guns trigger and shot Mr. Taylor twice in the chestfiring in quick succession and killing him. One bullet hit Mr. Taylors heart. The other cut Mr. Taylors left hand and entered his abdomen.

(54,770 posts)3. As I understand it, the judge denied a civil suit again policeman, but not PD, city, etc.
He could still be charged criminally. And, Im assuming the family can appeal this judges decision.
But yeah, sounds like some deep pockets should pay up, even if it wont bring Dillion Taylor back, maybe it will prevent next one, better hiring and training, etc.

He was dissenting from the opinion of the other judges on this appellate court.
