This double-negative stuff gets really confusing. But I guess the hint is that some of the conservative judges sided with the liberal judges. So it’s a ‘good’ outcome??

I give up. Maybe another story will give it more clarity. I don’t blame the OP. I blame the media who initially report. Just report in plain English. Then maybe the common folk would actually pay attention to the news. I don’t mean dumbed down, just don’t use double-speak.

This was a challenge to the Maine order not allowing for a religious exemption for some medical personnel.

Whole 99% of those seeking religious exemptions are lying, there are people whose religious beliefs sincerely prevent them from this vaccine and they should have an exception for them.

Vaccine mandates have been around for decades and there are many court cases around them. This is cut and dry stuff already to the courts. The SCOTUS isn’t going to save anti vaxxers like they think it will.
