Folks, this is a big deal.

The conservatives on the Court are trying to eviscerate not only clean air laws, but virtually every law Congress has passed to keep the American people safe from corporations... twitter.com

Where was this mighty concern in 2016?

It was a bfd back in 2016. A little late to be warning us about the Con SC now, ain't it?

Seeing a lot of chest beaters lately, stepping on the backs of greats who were flatly ignored before today's 'concerns', to get their media moment.

It's sick.

He's been highlighting the role of the supreme court for years, both within and without electoral politics.

The hypocrisy is gagging.
He was pretty much silent when the SC warnings were being carefully shielded from media back then.

Now it's a bfd concern?
The headline is correct.

As he blogs populism from the shelter of his million$ home.

turn SCOTUS blood red are open about it.

I remember the shocked outrage when he suggested near the end that Sanders loyalists should support HRC if she won the nomination; they just didn't expect that "betrayal" from him. Did him little good with me either after his many months of genuinely betraying their trust by colluding in demonization and lies about her and the DemocraticParty.
