Residents in Hays County (TX) are receiving antisemitic letters at their homes (about COVID)
Residents in Hays County report that letters spreading antisemitic rhetoric have showed up at their homes. The letters showed up at homes in plastic bags filled with pebbles, the Hays Free Press reports. The letters say that Jewish leaders control not only the media, but the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
"Every single aspect of the COVID agenda is Jewish," one letter reads.
Hays County Judge Ruben Becerra posted photos to Twitter on Sunday, October 31, of the "disturbing letters." Residents in San Marcos, Kyle, and Dripping Springs received the hateful rhetoric, Becerra told the Hays Free Press.
"Negative actions motivated in bias is an attack against an entire community and not just an attack on a single person," Becerra says in the tweet.
Becerra says those who reported the letters were white, which he believes was an attempt to target and scare the Jewish community. The individual, group, or groups behind the letters is unknown.

These people are so devoid of logic and, in many cases, humanity, facts never figure into their screeds. I have often come across similar things, and often find that the vast majority of what they claim isn't even remotely true, not "truthy", just flat out false. Jews have been, and continue to be, a very easy target, with many a Jew not standing up to this shit or dismissing it out of hand. Frankly, that doesn't help either. There is a middle ground between indifference and catastrophe, and people have to start taking things like this, even some silly ones like this, more seriously.
What's that saying, "first they mock you..." well, after the POS that occupied the White House, the mocking part is over in many places.
