I feel like the best case scenario given the 11 Whites on the jury, is for a hung jury, although I imagine that if it hinged upon the 1 black juror to hold out for that, they would face immense pressure from the 11 others.

I think the chances of 3 convictions is probably close to zero.

Could the prosecution move for a mistrial before or even after a verdict?

“Of the 16 total jurors selected -- including the four alternates -- five are men and 11 are women, according to the pool reporter inside the courtroom.”

The defense was too busy excluding blacks that they didn't have any objections left to take out some of the women.
