The Executive Privilege Tromp Test Conundrum...

Bannon get his splendid criminal indictments puts Trump in a bit pf pickle...

Think about it. He pardoned the democracy destroyer before so, either:
1) His post presidency so called executive privilege should still cover Bannon
or/and
2) As he states that he is still President he should surely have ongoing powers to pardon Bannon for his new alleged crimes.
ergo
3) If TFG does not try and exert his imaginary executive privilege to 'pardon' Bannon is that recognition that the he has indeed no power to do jack shit?

Oh my!

tRump is running his fake shadow self-styled presidency as political theatre.

He is too clever to believe it, but he is also too clever to miss an opportunity to keep his sheeple in perpetual outrage.
