Discovered new 24/7 news media (center-left)

www.newsy.com

You most likely will get the station on your digital TV.

I like it. They are all about news without opinions. It meets my needs for getting caught up on topics.

Just thought I would share.

I watch it now and then. Seems obvious they run on a shoestring budget, but i've seen some good pieces on there.

I have not watched CBSN. I will look up how it is rated re: political leaning.

3 in a row.

I will look for the major network, full time versions. [CBS, NBC, ABC all have them - I just looked it up].

Fwiw, I wouldn't be interested in center-left biased news. Discussion like Rachel, yes, but not news.

Bias only for truth and what Jane Austin called a "liberality of ideas" (wide range of topics and valid viewpoints), such as public TV is supposed to provide, often seems leftish, though, compared to the narrower ranges of what conservative coverage tends to consider valid.

to have completely unbiased news. If nothing else, news in the US is US biased in that US events are reported more than international events. What is reported on, what headlines the news, what stories get in depth coverage - those are all decisions where bias comes in. I'd rather that bias be center left than random.

9. Had it on DishTV but they removed it a while ago. It was really good and I miss it.

They're online, but my internet usage is limited... watching anything online gobbles up the alloted usage really fast. So I signed up for their daily email... not ideal, but I'll take what I can get.
