About bbb and the child tax credit

Does anyone know exactly what qualifications are in the bill?

The BBB as it is now extends the current child tax credit.

Expanded Child Tax Credit: Extend for one year the current expanded Child Tax Credit for more than 35 million American households, with monthly payments for households earning up to $150,000 per year. Make refundability of the Child Tax Credit permanent.

3. Hasn't been to the senate yet. There will be lots of amendments put up in the senate...

so we don't know what will be in the final bill (assuming a final bill passes the senate at all).

It seems the House decided to throw several things into the bill that they know will not make it out of the senate.
