and opened the blinds in my front room and yes, you are so right. It is absolutely gorgeous! As someone else said upthread, the night sky always makes me remember how very large this universe is and how very small each of us is in comparison. Takes me out of my head, where I tend to dwell entirely too much.
I have a skylight in my front bathroom and it always affords me a wonderful view of the stars in winter.
