Don't count on the DOJ charging Rittenhouse

And now that the GOP has embraced Rittenhouse, they will make going after him look political.

2. That's a tough one since RH isn't a cop

or working a Federal agency.

And there isn't a racial disparity either.

And a civil case would just yield a piece of paper since RH is a broke 18 year old kid. He's not an OJ with millions in assets and cash.
