More states allowing open carry without any kind of permit or training, some introducing bounty hunting, verdicts allowing young "heroes" armed with military weapons to show up at public gatherings where nobody knows if they are mass murderers there to kill everybody or just wannabe big shots, members of Congress encouraging such threatening behavior in public.
