I don't see a civil case going through unless the case against KR is bulletproof.
Personally, I want him and his family sentenced to abject poverty through a civil case, but definitely needs to have a strong case going forward.

7. The organizers of Unite the Right are awaiting a civil jury verdict here in Charlottesville.

Some of the defendants had criminal charges that prevailed and others not. They are all getting sued none the less.
