We need to pass as many things as we can, and appoint as many justices as we can within the

next year.

If we don’t win one of the Houses in the midterms, very little will get done.

Right now the republicans are trying to delay and block any Biden appointment, and he has to start making acting appointments in the meantime

If we don’t aggressively do this, things will get a lot worse, and may not get better

The GOP has no intention of keeping in place anything we can get done.

Once they gain power they are not going to lose it.

They are proving this fact every single day in not only words but deeds.

Democratic Senators said they would not agree to that

Ironically, if the republicans are in control of the Senate, there would be no hesitation on their part to eliminate the filibuster if it served their purpose, like it did for SC judges
