If Grosskreutz had shot Rittenhouse instead of trying to dodge Rittenhouse's bullets he would have been the winner in the court and If Huber was a little more accurate with the skateboard, he would be the hero that stopped the bad guy with the gun from killing anyone else. Just try to make sure you kill rather than wound, so they can't tell the jury how they feared for their life. It's just like Capitalism.
