It can be but if Fuck Trump flags were in the same area it'd be problematic to enforce. For instance, in my neighborhood there were--and still are--a lot of "Fuck Trump" flags, so it'd be kinda hard. The best place to pursue this strategy would be a neighborhood that had no "Fuck Trump" flags but now has "Fuck Biden" flags. I would guess the suburbs would most often offer such opportunities.

Consider how we're able to do a Satanic altar at a statehouse, for example, it's only because the idiots allowed a nativity scene to be setup. So we're allowed to express our faith there in the same way.

I think I once heard Roy Wood Jr. say that if he needed to buy gas late at night, a confederate flag at a particular gas station was a sign to him to look for a different gas station.
