I’ve heard ‘em all before, so I’ll remain unswayed by entreaties concerning their invaluable contribution to the company’s bottom line. Nobody is worth that amount of obscene compensation.

Most of these overpaid welfare queens could disappear from the face of the earth tomorrow morning and their companies would keep on truckin' just fine.

Boiled down to its essence, it becomes simply, ‘no one is irreplaceable.’ Sure, not everyone is cut out to be a CEO, but there are plenty of people who could do the job for a helluva lot less.

It's sad I have to give up my Special K cereal...

..as I rather liked it.

However it appears that Kellogg's is more interested in being sure that you each can easily pay, no sweat, for 50 college educations, not that you would ever dream of doing so, or 50 yachts in Benton Harbor, a far more likely component of your frivolous expenditures.

I really loved Special K, particularly the vanilla almond variety; I'm going to miss it.

But I love more the existence of the US middle class , which built this country, and I love the right of workers to engage in fair collective bargaining for fair wages and fair benefits.

Congrats on your giant salaries. You couldn't pay me one of those if as a result of taking one, I couldn't look in the mirror.

Regards,

xxxx
