1340 Proven voter fraud cases!

According to data compiled by the Hertitage Foundation there have been 1340 proven cases of voter fraud,with 1152 conviction. Since 1982!!!! Thats an average of 67 convictions, or 1 1/3 per state, per each two year election cycle. In my brief review of the convictions for voter fraud and elections overturned, the vast majority were local elections. https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud
