Biden's speech hit it out of the park for a number of reasons

He called the liar a liar
He ridiculed the fool
He never once mentioned his name

That was the greatest presidential speech in ages because it addressed issues directly related to the authoritarian Slobfather, the ReTHUG party, the American political system and domestic terrorism.
