Confirmation: Alito is a POS (oral argument on vaccine mandates)

Remarkable question from Alito: If we have an admnistrative stay will you say (presumably in public) that this Court is costing peoples' lives. As in the past with him, thin skinned and petulant.

Yes we'll say that because it's true!

This guy also voted for NO stay on the Texas abortion ban.

Not that they have much left. If they say the federal government cannot act to protect workers during a pandemic then no other reason for protecting workers will ever hold up in this court.

Because anything short of "ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY" would be a disappointment.

If the truth hurts, maybe you should examine the truth more closely and understand what makes it so painful for you.

“Explain how, precisely, my answer to this question has ANY bearing on the legitimacy of either of the litigants claims.”

And then just stare.

That would be a better answer and would highlight his cowardice even more.

But my inclination was to get a "fuck" in there somewhere.

My answer might be "No, not the Court. Only the Conservative Majority"

No reason to slander the good justices along the way.
