With that kind of "reasoning" perhaps they intend to slow down the voting process to a slow crawl.


Maybe their end game is to make everyone wait in lines for hours except in their precincts and then declare themselves the winners while the votes of democratic precincts aren't counted until the next day.


They always have some evil plot behind their schemes.
