I think he will likely beat Johnson if he utilizes his resources effectively in the general lelection.

he also carries the clout of Lt. Governor which gives him a pretty solid advantage over other candidates.

being ahead 29 points in the primary. Elections are never a guarantee, of course but I think he has a pretty solid chance of winning the primary.
