I just received an email from a professional sports organization

trying to sell me season tickets.

Here's the opening:

Hi COVENTINA,

Hope your doing well, I wanted to reach out to you as here at P*****x R****g we are kicking off the season on March 12th....

and it ends thusly:

J**h W***s
Business Development Account Executive

Um.....shouldn't an "Executive" know the difference between "your" and "you're?"
In any case, in a professional communication, it is considered more proper to avoid contractions entirely.

My daily gripe about the fall of Civilization....

on edit: I corrected two (2) grammatical errors! Oh, how the mighty have fallen!!

It does not reflect well on the organization.

Grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, etc, seem to have fallen by the wayside.
