Do we as individual Democrats and US citizens have standing to sue Margie Green for threatening us?

She told Sebastian Gorka they should consider using a Seciond Amendment solution on Democrats.

That's the threat.

Does that give us as individuals legal standing to seek a remedy?

and pretend what they say is not what they intend.

We either allow them to continue avoiding the responsibility of their own words as they cower behind metaphor, or else fundamentally redesign the concept of free speech.

Thankfully, Ms. Green is an idiot, and sooner or later will deal herself enough rope from which she hangs herself.

I personally wish we could put limits on "free speech", but I understand the arguments against that.

then why in the world would you wish for limits on free speech?
And why would you put the words free speech in quotation marks?

Very curious.
