I mean, he did win by 1.5% of the vote, so yeah, that's a mandate to take the state back to 1950.

Republicans always win with mandates (even when they win by +1).

Democrats win with "razor-thin" margins (even when we win by tens of thousands).

Republican have nothing to answer for and Democrats have everything to answer for once they come to office.

Does seem to be the MSM narrative.
