gotto make some phone calls to either cancel some drs appointmens or make them over the phone visits and cancel phyiscal therapy. calling my health care worker for instructions tomrrow for shpping . i wont be going with him
still sound like frogthroat and a little sniffle .morale is high and appitie is good . had a nice virtual meal with a friend of mine over skype last nite .

1. Sounds like you're making the most of it. I'm backing out of an appointment in a couple days.

I haven't been exposed, but am on double secret, defcon COVID lockdown! I'm not getting that crap.

The appointment is my six-week post knee replacement with my surgeon. I bailed out of PT a couple weeks ago but have the knee doing pretty well. I can describe full range of motion and take a pic of it to send.

You might be able to do it with telemedicine too. I just had an appointment like that for the first time. I just didn't want the exposure with omicron so high, even with a N95. It went pretty well.she could check range of Motion, pain, function. I had an area set up with what I need for exercises in front of the computer. She was able to check how I was doing with them, adjust a few, and even add a new one. She demonstrated the new exercise via video and then had me do it with her observing.

11. Thanks to very mild symptoms, my isolation was basically a pleasant vacation.

I read, napped, did some remote work from home and caught up on a lot of TV shows and movies that my wife had little interest watching together.

The one thing I worried about was losing smell and taste, and thankfully that never came to pass.
