Trump voters have the same mind set the people of the South had during the civil war.

Foolishly, blindly following, fighting for something that will destroy them in the end. Trump voters are not unique.

The people of the South thought committing treason was no big deal. They believed going to war against the North, creating their own country would be easy. "Hey honey, you have to take care of the farm, kids by yourself, I have to go North and teach them yankees a lesson. See you in about month." They had no idea what the hell were doing, what they were getting into and they believed they were 100% correct about everything.

They were damn fools just like the Trump voters.

I've watched the progression with the idiots I left behind 45 years ago. I watched their children grow from sweet little kids singing Jesus Loves Me to spewing profanities at stoplights at cars with coexsist bumperstickers and now their grandchildren are spitting on their elders who wear masks.
