A man on FB couldn't believe that the Aztecs sacrificed so many people. He was sure it was fake news.

I told him fake news is a brand new concept and it didn't apply to the history of the ,Aztecs.

Yes! All of written history is just fake news because it couldn't have really been that bad.

A few hundred years ago. There are not only all the codices left by the Aztecs but also lots of written records by the Spanish monks.

Of course the Mormons taught that all those pictographs actually told the tru story of Christ's visit to the Indians. They thought that Christ died and went to Middle America to teach during the 3 days he was gone before he rose from the dead. I guess that was kind of fake news.
