Ut oh! Ohio State's secretary finds 52 more fraudulent votes in the 2020 election!

My goodness! They won’t quit, will they?

Of course the story is from The Hill!

The report of fraudulent votes did not determined what party affiliation they are and the Ohio States Attorney’s officially declared Ohio was a win for Trump which will not change the state’s election outcome.

Trump’s people won’t be happy until they steal every vote they can! Pathetic and potentially dangerous actions! I am glad that they are failing now, but I’m not sure if what they doing now will mask their attempts not only in Ohio but other states too! We can laugh at their pathetic weasel actions, but....? Lord help us all!

Her crime (besides being black) she didn't know she wasn't eligible to vote.

At least the Courts are agreeing to hear her case.

SNIP:

The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals has agreed to review the illegal voting conviction of Crystal Mason, a Tarrant County woman facing a five-year prison sentence for casting a provisional ballot in the 2016 election while she was on supervised release for a federal conviction.

The state’s court of last resort for criminal matters granted Mason’s petition on Wednesday, elevating the profile of a case that could test the extent to which provisional ballots provide a safe harbor for voters amid questions about their eligibility. Her 2016 vote was never counted.

The Texas case was brought about by the Tarrant County prosecutors. I just so happen to live in Tarrant so I knew which case Emile was referring to.

5. Ohio refers 27 election fraud cases

By Associated Press
Feb. 1, 2022, at 3:04 p.m.

... Republican Secretary of State Frank LaRose said the 62 cases have been referred to either local prosecutors or the Ohio attorney general's office.

Of those, 31 are non-citizens who registered to vote but did not cast a ballot. The other 31 may have cast illegal ballots, including 27 in the 2020 general election, he said ...

“Here are the facts: Ohio smashed voter turnout records in 2020 while providing Ohioans a secure election,” LaRose said in a statement. “Our state is proof positive you don’t have to choose between secure or convenient elections -- we have both.”

He said the criminal referrals “are all about accountability" and showing lawbreakers Ohio takes election security seriously. The review looked for non-citizen registration and voting, voting on behalf of a deceased person and double voting ...

Out of nearly 6 million votes cast in Ohio during the 2020 general election, Secretary of State Frank LaRose turned up just 27 possible cases of election fraud.

That’s 0.0005% of the total — and even those cases aren’t yet proven ...

This is a political story. The Hill reports on political stories.

I'm sure someone will tell me they're a pro-Republican rag, so here are some of their current headlines:

Pence, Trump tensions rise, raising questions about a break

GOP Sen. Cassidy questions RNC censure of Kinzinger, Cheney

Georgia prosecutor investigating Trump says she has increased security amid racist threats

“We found 27 illegally cast votes in the 2020 election. Of those, seven were people who mailed in their dead relatives’ ballots marked for Trump, and the other twenty were snowbirds who voted for Trump once in Ohio then again in Florida.”
