I’m not questioning the intelligence services or the military, so my question is: does anyone KNOW how a positive identification may be made either on site or in transit of someone who detonated a suicide bomb of that magnitude?

I’m not saying it cannot be done, I’m simply asking if anyone here knows the medical/coroner protocol. I thank you in advance.

And from personal experience, the head of the person who detonates a suicide vest they are wearing has a tendency of popping their head up into air like a cork out of a champagne bottle, so visual id is possible sometimes.

Only need a small amount of biological material.

That is why they usually confirm after several hours
