To go to small stationary stores.
The fine papers they carried, invitations, as well as office supplies.
Now you hardly ever find them.

How much does Staples save, in $$, that we have to prefer it to the smaller places it puts out of business? And that goes for every chain there is. People will go for the lowest price no matter what. Which is OK I suppose - can't fault people for that. Then we see the jobs go to China, as the next step.

I needed eight gray sheets. Now I have 92 extra!

The stuff you get at Market Basket is way cheaper for the same quality.
