Junior decided to put on his own chemically-enhanced halftime show last night, going on a deranged rant about Bob Woodward, Hillary, and Watergate. He finally concludes that his dad is always right about everything.

He was reading from a script on a phone or computer. Turn the sound off and just watch his eyes and the timing of his delivery, he's not good at it. Also why the camera is so low, so you are less likely to notice that he's constantly looking down. Probably can't read without the vocal part.
