presenting it well. I had to go outside to warm up my car, but not sure I would have caught it even if I'd watch the entire presentation.

So explain to me what you mean - I'm not sure what that really means, elevating SBA to Cabinet level.

And, as I type this, the commentators don't seem to have caught it, either.
